Heyo!

Hullo, hullo! Good morning! And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight!

I know I've said this before but I must say this again.

I want to thank EVERYONE, all 132 members, 155 watchers, and all 8 staff members for doing the awesome work that you guys have done the 2 years this group has been running. So keep it up! I also want to thank you guys, too, that you all agreed to collaborate with my group, through your art, writings, and even FILM! I'm impressed to see some discussion going on, particularly, since your discussions align with our goal to fight against sexual abuse/assault.

I have been working to raise awareness about sexual abuse/assault since the start of our organization 2 years ago.  Though I haven't been very active on here lately, due to personal problems, I'm thankful to other members of my group such as JDNight, Sarahfina-Rose, on-the-jasmine-wind, tsukiyo-art, TheEbby, and others who have helped some deviants get more involved in the community.

I was also very impressed by the recent ongoing discussion this past week, brought to light by on-the-jasmine-wind. I mean, really amazing how you guys are picking these issues out and relating them to your interests! You guys are coming up with the films and books that you love and bringing this heavy topic into your fandoms, so that's a fairly good thing. Many people are ashamed to talk about it, but once they see someone else share their story, they feel more comfortable. There’s a stigma behind it and the people who do talk about it usually make jokes about it. We want to focus on the fact that it’s not bad to talk about it, and we think that artistic medias such as art, writings and movies are a great way to do this.

As a survivor myself, with a family member and a close friend who had also endured it, I deeply care about these issues and want to be an active proponent for encouraging dialogue and awareness about what we can do to prevent sexual assault, and abuse and the like. I'm glad others are joining me in this goal. For a long time I hadn't been open about it, but founding and connecting with people who have shared my similar experiences and having others out there help me spread awareness on the topic has really empowered me to keep speaking up and fighting against sexual abuse. So thank you so much for contributing your wonderful work!

I have to thank you, once again, guys, for keeping things in order in my group. I know I’ve been very lazy and not very active. I’m a terrible Founder. *slaps ruler on the wrist* At any turnip, thank you.  

I've been worried about my inactivity, but I'm glad to see the group is active without me.
